Product Type: An online program that helps people become rich quickly by trading penny stocks

Price:  $49, $79 and $129 depending on different membership plan

Summary: Seven Figure Formula is a stock investment system that coaches its members on how to trade penny stock and gain millions of dollars from a small take with automated projection. It is founded by Greg Guenthner and Jonas Elmerraji, who are both stock market pros and members of Agora Financial. Although both owners are real persons, there have been a lot of drawbacks in the site which makes it appalling. The fact that they uses fake person as testimonials raises questions on the effectiveness of this formula.

Rating: 10/100

Recommendation: No

What is Seven Figure Formula?

Seven Figure Formula is a stock investment system that is supposedly meant to teach people on how to get rich by trading penny stocks.

Founded by Greg Guenthner and Jonas Elmerraji, Seven Figure Formula promises to give 600 percent return of investment by simply signing up to its program. Consequently, the site will send monthly newsletters containing investment reports and advice of when it is best to trade penny stocks.

Penny stocks are low-cost stocks you can purchase in the stock market which typically trades at less than $5 per share.

This is how Jordan Belfort, the author of Wolf of Wall Street became a millionaire but also how he got himself imprisoned after being convicted of fraud.

However, you will not be doing the same thing as Belfort has done.

With the information you get from the newsletters, you will learn how to trade like a pro – as what the site claims.

However, you will not sit around and watch your money grow. Not much like other websites that promises money without requiring anything.

Seven Formula Figure will require you to read the newsletters, join online trainings, and pass some tests.

Then you will need to invest your penny stock and start trading, starting from as little as $100.

Inside Seven Figure Formula

To join as member, there are 3 plans to choose from. However, you’ll be surprised to find that there’s no difference between Platinum & Gold plan, except the former is cheaper.

  • Silver – $49 per year
  • Platinum – $79 per year
  • Gold – $129 per year

In truth, there is really nothing special about Seven Figure Formula. Once a member, you will receive copies of its publications where you can learn financial tactics on how to double your stock investment in no time.

You will also get access to the “secret formula” of getting millions out of your penny stock investment.

There is actually no formula at all. What you will get is a series of articles sent directly to your email every month and one or two recommendation on which penny stock to look out for.

Along with the long list of readings, you will also get their magic software called Factor 148 and some tutorials on how to use it.

The software claims to have the capability to anticipate spikes in the penny stock market so traders will know when it’s best to trade.

Sounds very high-tech. But in the trading world, whether it’s a binary option or foreign exchange, almost all sites have an automated program that look for signals and send notifications to traders via their phones.

The site makes it sound like it’s something magical when in fact it only based its advice on what the robot says true.

Who is Seven Formula Figure For?

Seven Formula Figure claims to be the best site for people looking to earn millions in the stock market.

Unlike other sites, it doesn’t promise to multiply your penny without doing anything. There is a need for effort in reading and learning how to use their program through texts and videos.

Plus you won’t be sitting around waiting for your money to grow. You will need to purchase a penny stock and trade it.

Considering how mysterious Factor 148 works, it is hard to tell exactly whether this program is doing legit trading techniques. It will most probably get your hands dirty but definitely not an outright scam.

Seven Formula Figure is also a good resource for newbies in trading who want to learn some tips on how to trade penny stock.  I am not saying this site is really good when it comes to its resources because you can simply find a lot of tips online that are for free.

The site says it can give you so much return of your investment and turn $100 into millions – this is not true. We all know for sure that the stock market can be very deceiving. And it fluctuates all the time.

If you want really want to win in the stock market, go for the gold rather than just penny stocks. Perhaps, there are people who found big fortunes out of penny stock investments but not everyone can become a millionaire.

This site might not be an outright scam considering that the owners are real persons but it is still a risk signing up to it. Plus the money you pay for the monthly subscription might even be more expensive than what you can actually get out of your investment.

In the end, it’s not really worth a try. I would rather take the safer route of earning money the right way.

The Truth About Seven Figure Formula

#1 Real Owners.  Greg Guenthner is the main host of the program but the main brain behind the system configuration is actually Jonas Elmerraji.

You may not have heard of him but he is nevertheless known as a computer genius. Both Guenthner and Elmerraji are stock market pros whose names have appeared in the Wall Street Journal and are currently affiliated with Agora Financial.

Guenthner is the editor the Rude Awakening and Profit Spy, which are two popular publications from Agora Financial. Elmerraji is an author of Street and a senior market analyst at Agora Financial.

However, this does not necessarily mean that Seven Figure Formula is legitimate business. There has been a lot of negative news circulating about Agora Financial despite it does have good customer feedback.

#2 Fake Testimonials.  On the website, you will find some people who supposedly have earned money despite not having adequate stock market knowledge.

Even if you take a closer look, you won’t see the real issue in the photos unless you search them in Google.

These photos are actually just stock photos from Getty Images and Shutterstock.

What I don’t understand is that why would a legitimate program like Seven Figure Formula use stock photos. Haven’t they oversold their program enough to get real testimonials from real people?

It is definitely disappointing for a site claiming to be legitimate yet utilize stock photos from the internet. What they don’t know is that people will find this fact anyway.

#3 System Not Working At All. There is really no clear explanation how their program works. The scheme remains a mystery until now.

In addition, Seven Figure Formula associated with Agora Financial has a very bad feedback from the BBB (Better Business Bureau) Profile.

Seven Figure Formula has faced 339 complaints to date. In 2018, the site closed 103 cases – that means 11 cases per month. The numbers are updated every minute so you may not see the same figures.

#4 Hyped-up Income Claims. On the site, you will find an audio-visual presentation that claims the site will help you become “richer than you ever dreamed”. This is not real.

As I said, the stock market goes its own way. You may win or lose. There is always a risk associated with stock trading.

Based on the feedback, you will see people trying to sign up only to find out they never really got what the site has promised.

I can safely assume that these people are spending at least $49 every month for a couple of years before finding out the huge risk they are putting themselves into.

Things I Like About Seven Figure Formula

There are only a few things that I like about this program but they are not enough for me to recommend the site.

The fact that it only asked $49 as monthly subscription in return for loads of publication resources is pretty much affordable. For someone who is a newbie in stock market, the deal is fair enough.

Also the site has a refund program. At the bottom of site you will see their refund program policy, which states that it will give 100% money back guarantee during your first year as a member if you are not fully delighted with the program.

And YES! The site does give a refund but is it 100%? I checked their BBB profile again. The site does respond to the customers despite the bad feedback.

However, it is very particular with the things covered under the refund. Unfortunately, it does not include the money you’ve paid for your subscription, which means that it’s not really 100% at all.

This site has some pros but I still do not recommend joining the program. It has a lot of risks. One thing is clear –it doesn’t make you any richer than you can ever imagine.

I would say this again and again. The stock market goes its own way. There is no guarantee that you will get rich after investing in penny stock.

Is Seven Figure Formula A Scam?

Seven Figure Formula is not totally a scam. It is a legitimate program created by two people who exist in the real world.

However, I am very disappointed that they have created a system that does not meet the expectation of their customers.

You should never risk more than you can afford to lose. Stocks, more particularly, penny stocks are highly unstable. There are many other avenues where you can invest your money.

Moreover, the chance of making big from only a small stake seems impossible. What Seven Figure Formula is trying to do here is try to lure you to invest in the stock market with the lowest risk possible.

But in truth, they have already earned millions out of the hundreds of customers who took their bait. On the other hand, you are left still waiting for your investment to return.

In the end, you will realize that there is a bigger risk involved here that what it claims to be.

I definitely would not recommend this program to anyone.

How I Start A Small Business Online

Like you I have searched everywhere to find a legitimate business opportunity. I’ve tried joining a lot of business investments online and have been scammed several times.

My experience has taught one very important lesson – that is to not easily trust any claim online. As I worked in a 9 to 5 job, I continuously search for one legitimate program that can help me build a real business online.

Luckily I found one that’s legitimate and doesn’t involve investing much money into it. That’s how I was able to earn a 5 to 6-digit income and quit my office job.

If you are still struggling to find a legitimate way to earn money online and do not mind to follow the method I use, you can download my free guide that teaches you how to start a small business online.

However, please bear in mind that there are work involved. No magic button except some effective tips to help you avoid pitfalls along the way.

I hope you enjoy reading my Seven Figure Formula review. If you find it valuable, please share with people so they will understand the risk they have to take when investing in penny stocks.

  1. I think trading stock is very risky, one need to have the proper training to understand it and trade safely to hope for success.

I know that even the big trading company uses computers and algorithm to predict future successful investments and it is never a guarantee of success. The computers and the systems are there to guide the person and an untrained trader will not know how to interpret correctly the result and make a successful investment. So, I agree with you that this is not a good program to join.

    Thanks for sharing

    1. True… if anyone wanted is a sustainable business model, trading in penny stocks is definitely not one anyone can rely on long term.

  2. Good Morning Florence,

Reading your life story on Meet Flo I was really impressed. That is awesome to have motivated 200.000 people with your inspiring video Creativity starts from a Belief. I watched the video, so nice. I see you have traveled a lot. That is one of the nicest things one can do in life, it broadens your horizon.

The name Seven Figure Formula sounds enticing so I was curious what you would tell me about it.

Then I read Best For: Anyone who can risk losing money! Really? I start having my doubts already that this is good.

You are right in stating why would a legit program need stock photos when they have made so many happy millionaires with trading penny stocks. I understand it is not a 100% scam but you would not recommend it. I am of the same opinion, this is not for me. Thank you for the warning.
